instructions:

1 egg
1/2 cup caster sugar
1 cup milk
3.5 cups plain flour
14g dry yeast
100g melted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
16 pineapple slices
Pinch of salt
Additionally one egg to brush on the buns

Crumble:
30g soft butter
30g sugar
60g plain flour

Recipe:
Add to a bowl egg, milk, 1 tbsp sugar, yeast and 1 cup of flour. Stir and set aside for 15 minutes. Then add the rest of the ingredients and knead until the dough is elastic. Set aside to rise.
If you use canned pineapple, drain excess juice and cut in half.

Crumble:
Mix all ingredients by hand and put in the fridge.

Divide the dough in half. Roll into a rectangle shape. Make 4 lines of pineapple and roll it up. Then cut into pieces 3-4 cm long. Place on a baking tray, cover with a cloth and set aside for 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 170°C.
Brush the top of the buns with the egg and sprinkle with the crumble. Bake for 20
