° 1 pound minced meat

° 1 egg

° 1 c breadcrumbs

° Half  tsp black pepper

° Half  tsp salt

° ½ tsp onion powder

° ½ tsp powder garlic

° 1 tsp sauce  Worcestershire

° 1 tsp vegetable oil

° 1 C finely onion  ( chopped )

° 2 tablespoons whole grain flour

° 1 c beef broth

° 1 tablespoon of sherry for cooking

° Half a teaspoon of salt


Step 1: Adding  ground beef, /  breadcrumbs / eggs /  onion powder, sauce Worcestershire / , garlic powder, salt & pepper.Stir until everything is well mixed.

Step 2: Making 8 compound balls, And press every correct ball to pancake.Step 3: Place a large saucepan on the plate and heat it over medium heat.

Step Four: Add the oil and let it heat up.

Step 5: Add the pancakes and onions and bake for 4 minutes or until golden brown.Step 6: Take the pancake out of the pan and place it on a flat plate.

Step 7: Add the flour to the onion saucepan and stir until completely combined, carefully removing any brown bits from the bottom of the pan.

Step 8: Adding sherry, beef broth, / salt.Let the mixture simmer for 5 minutes or until it thickens.

Step 9: Lower the heat, then put the pancakes in the pot

Step 10: Cover the pot and simmer for 15 minutes, Step 11: Remove the pot from the heater.
