Ingredients
- 3 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 large (or 2 small) mangoes, diced
- 1/2 small red onion, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Juice of 1 or 2 limes
- Pinch of ground cumin
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of ground black pepper
Instructions
- Add the diced tomatoes, mangoes, onion, and cilantro to a bowl. Add the honey, and desired amount of lime juice. Stir to combine.
- Season with cumin, salt, and black pepper to taste. Stir to combine, and serve.
