Ingredients

  • 3 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1 large (or 2 small) mangoes, diced
  • 1/2 small red onion, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Juice of 1 or 2 limes
  • Pinch of ground cumin
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add the diced tomatoes, mangoes, onion, and cilantro to a bowl. Add the honey, and desired amount of lime juice. Stir to combine.
  2. Season with cumin, salt, and black pepper to taste. Stir to combine, and serve.
