4 Lamb Chops
2 Medium Onions Sliced
2 Tbs Oil
2 Tbs Fresh Garlic minced
1 Tbs Mustard
2 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Pepper
Salt to taste
1 Tbs Fresh Rosemary Chopped
1 Cups Beef Stock


Add oil to a pot on medium heat and fry chops until brown about
3 -4 mins a side. Remove from pot and set aside

Add sliced onions and garlic and saute until onions are translucent.

To a bowl add the Beef stock, Mustard, Worcestershire sauce , Rosemary, Salt and Pepper and mix well.
Transfer chops and onion mixture to a oven proof dish with a lid.

Bake on 180deg for approximately 2 hours until chops are soft and tender.
Remove from oven when done.

You can cook the lamb chops on the stove top as well. Just adding water to the pot when needed.

Spicy Tumeric Rice.🧄🧅🌶️🥘🥘

3 Cups Cooked Yellow Basmati Rice
3 Tbs Oil
1 Red Onion diced finely
2 tsp Finely chopped Garlic
1 Red Pepper Diced small
1& 1/2 tsp Tumeric
1 tsp Chilli powder
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Black pepper



Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add onions, garlic and red peppers. And fry until onions are soft but not brown.
Add tumeric, Chilli Powder, Smoked Paprika, Ground Cumin, Salt and pepper and saute for 2 minutes before adding the cooked rice.

Turn up heat and stir fry rice until the rice is heated and well coated with the spices.

Garnish with sliced Green Onion or Chopped Coriander
