7oz Digestive biscuits crushed
2oz of icing sugar
3oz of butter
1 tub of philadelphea cheese
1 tub of double cream
White chocolate


Melt butter and add crushed digestive biscuits, ( or whatever biscuits you prefer)
Spread into 7inch tin & place in the fridge to chill
Whisk together cream cheese, cream, and icing sugar
Fold in some melted white chocolate
Fold in some raspberries
Spoon the mixture onto the chilled biscuit base
Place in the fridge to chill overnight/ or cjoll up to 4 hrs
Decorate with fresh raspberries, drizzled all over with melted white chocolate
