Ingredients:
• 1 kg chicken wings
Marinade:
• Salt
• Pepper
• 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
• 1 tsp paprika
• 2 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp lemon zest
• 1 tablespoon hot sauce
• Allow to marinate for at least an hour
For the potatoes:
• 7 potatoes (wedges)
• 2 tsp onion powder
• 2 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• 2 sprigs of thyme
• 1/3 cup oil
• Salt
Instructions:
• Roast in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes and baste with bbq sauce. Leave in the oven for 5 more minutes.
• Starts by parboiling the potatoes in salt water till just soft.Then drain completely.
• Mix the spices together and toss in the potatoes till well coated.
• Roast in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes till crispy and serve.
