2 tbsp oil

1 medium onion, chopped

2 tbsp tomato paste

300g beef mince

1 tbsp origanum

1 tbsp barbecue

1 canned tomato

Salt and pepper

5-6 eggs


In a pan, heat oil. Sauté onion, add tomato paste. Mix well. Add mince, season with origanum and barbecue. Add in canned tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer.

Use your large spoon to make small wells in the sauce and crack the eggs into each well. Cover the pan and cook for 5-8 minutes, or until the eggs are done to your liking.
