Recipe:
2 Tablespoons coconut flour
2 Tablespoons almond flour
2 Tablespoons Monk Fruit
1 Tablespoon melted butter
1 Tablespoon heavy cream or unsweetened almond milk
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
2 Tablespoons pumpkin purée
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Mix it all and Bake 350 for 15-20 mins or microwave 60 -90 seconds in a microwavable bowl … add frosting 👇🏻 and enjoy!
Cream Cheese Frosting:
2 oz. Cream Cheese, 2Tablespoons Monk fruit and a splash of heavy cream
