Heat olive oil in a large deep saute pan over medium high heat.

Add kielbasa and diced onions and saute for 5-6 minutes.

Add minced garlic and let cook for 30 seconds to a minute.

Pour in chicken stock, diced tomatoes, cream, and bowtie pasta and stir to combine.

Season with salt and pepper and bring to a simmer.

Let simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is fully cooked.

Remove from heat and add cheddar cheese to the pan.

Cover and let sit until cheese melts.

Garnish with sliced green onions and serve.
