Ingredients:

350 g of flour
2 tablespoons coconut flour
2 eggs
200ml) milk
1 tablespoon dry yeast
1 tablespoon of butter
coconut flour

Directions:
Mix the flour with the coconut, the eggs, the milk, the dry yeast and work everything together to form a loaf. Add the butter and work again for 10 minutes, then let rise until doubled.
Cut the dough and divide it into equal portions, form the sandwiches and let them rest for 30 minutes. Then sprinkle the coconut flour and bake at 356°F (180°) for 18 minutes, also insert a bowl filled with water. Then cover the rolls with aluminum foil and leave for another 5 minutes
