Ingredients
• 4 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
• * ½ cup sour cream
• * 1 can cream of chicken condensed soup
• * ½ cup milk
• * 1 can chopped green chilis
• * 2 cups Mexican Fiesta blend shredded cheese
• * 1 tsp garlic powder
• * 2 tsp onion powder
• * Salt and pepper to taste
• * 12 corn tortillas
• Instructions
• FIRST STEP:
• Preheat the oven to 350*
• Spray the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish with non stick spray
• SECOND STEP:
• Layer 6 tortillas at the bottom of the baking dish
• In a mixing bowl, combine the following: soup mix, milk, sour cream, canned green chilis, salt and pepper, garlic and onion powder
• THIRD STEP:
• Take half of the shredded chicken and place evenly over the layer of tortillas
• Scoop half of the liquid mixture over the chicken
• FOURTH STEP:
• Sprinkle half o the shredded cheese over the top
• Repeat steps 2 through 6
• FIFTH STEP:
• Bake for 40 minutes and let rest on the counter for when done baking
• Garnish with chopped green onions
