Ingredients :
4 eggs
1 1/2 liters of cow's milk
2 spoons of sugar
1 cup sugar for the caramel
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence

Preparation :

For the caramel: empty the 
cup of sugar you will need for 
the caramel into a pan, stirring 
constantly until the sugar is 
liquid and black without burning.
As soon as you have the 
caramel ready, you empty it on 
the blanks, you will spread 
the caramel throughout the mold 
with great care.
For the Flan: Empty the 4 eggs 
into a wide and deep container 
with the sugar little by little,
 you mix it very well then you add 
the milk and the vanilla essence and 

you mix it until there is some 
sparkling thing.
As soon as you see it, it's well 
mixed and frothy, you empty it 
on the flans.
You leave it for 40 minutes 
in the bain-marie oven at 180 
degrees while ensuring that it burns. To know if it's ready, you poke it with a toothpick and if it comes out clean, that's all, if you don't leave it until it's done If it's ready, you leave it cool for 40min then you unmold it and put it in the fridge and... Ready
